Molded thermo-plastic modular belting availabel.
The transition from horizontal to incline is accomplished by utilizing UHM-PE guide strips and :"cross-rigid" (monofilament) belting. Our superior design allows up to 72" width capability with no bowing, pinch points, or belt carcass break down (competitors use of a roller hold-down accelerates belt wear and limits the ability to "back bend" the belt). Note: "exposed" belt less than overall belt width... amount of belt edge held down is between 1" and 3" depending on width.
